Context

For the Atlanta Nursing Trade Show, the team needed motion content to help promote the event and attract attention to the brand’s booth. The deliverables included a 90-second hero video for the booth and a short-form version under 10 seconds for placement across digital screens throughout the Atlanta airport and event spaces.

The goal was to create motion content that could quickly communicate the brand presence and event messaging while working with limited existing media assets..

Challenge

The project required producing engaging motion content with minimal production resources.

Key challenges included:

Working primarily with existing photography and still assets
Creating motion content suitable for large-format trade show screens
Designing a shorter cut for high-traffic airport placements
Balancing AI-generated elements with traditional motion production

Solution

I developed the storyboards and motion concept for both the long-form and short-form pieces, designing a narrative structure that could translate across multiple screen formats and environments.

The creative approach focused on combining existing brand photography with motion-driven visual storytelling.

Overview

The project delivered two final pieces of motion content:

• 90-second hero video for the trade show booth
• Short-form under 10 seconds for airport and event display placements

By blending AI-generated motion with existing assets and traditional motion design techniques, the project produced dynamic event visuals while maximizing the value of existing brand content.

With ATL airport advertising campaigns capable of generating up to ~292 million impressions annually, the short-form video was designed to deliver clear messaging in just a few seconds of viewer attention.

Creative Takeaway

Hybrid Motion Production

To expand the available assets, the videos were created using a hybrid production approach, combining multiple techniques:

Existing still photography from past shoots
AI-generated video elements
AI-assisted motion applied to fabric and apparel details
Select live footage
Motion graphics and compositing in After Effects

This approach allowed the team to produce visually engaging motion content without the need for a new video shoot.
